Comments by Jan Bjorklund on Fri, 03/30/18 08:16 I would imagine a view of the river... a picture I can relate to when the floods of the Spring came and people stood on the bridges of my city watching the water rising and hoping this year is not the year that the city flooded. With the construction of a floodway around Winnipeg several decades ago this annual flooding has simply vanished into our collective view to the past.
