Comments by Maria Salvador on Sat, 11/02/13 01:41 With some golden drops of the autumn leaves and the velvety moss. In my mind it compares to a curtain, woven with all those interlaced branches... Comments by Paul Bracey on Sat, 11/02/13 05:03 Nice work! Comments by Jan Bjorklund on Sat, 11/02/13 09:07 I like the image even better set against a black background. I like the sense of the curtain created by the trunks of the trees and the colors (though muted in nature they add to the sense of a living curtain). Comments by Sandi MacDonald on Sun, 11/03/13 12:17 Very lovely. Nice details on the branches.;-) Comments by Ruth Rittichier on Sun, 11/03/13 17:40 So unusual with the green detail in the foreground of pink reflections. HDR? Comments by Michael Meek on Sun, 11/03/13 21:18 Lightroom adjustments only, Ruth. I took the photo a couple of years ago at this time of year and worked on it then, but I recall wanting to get detail in the branches so the lichen would show up well. I'm sure I must have gone into the HSL panel to bring out the green on the shadow side of the branches. Comments by Linda Frey on Mon, 11/04/13 10:02 Very nice patterns and colours. |
