I like your series of the destitute individual from the passer by viewing him, through the owner of the business confronting the man, through the meal which he can view but now indulge in and the momentary escape from the hard cycle of life. The b&w format works well with the images... the man stands out in each picture whereas in color he might have been lost in certain of the images.

Tender set of pictures, which tell a moving story... :)
Appropriate use of B&W, I agree with Jan.

Thank you so much.

Great example of story-telling through your series of photos. I did chuckle a bit at the last one, even though it probably shouldn't be funny.

Other then that, I think Jan and Pietro said it all! Nice work

Thanks Jan, Pietro and Jeff. I believe b/w suits street scenes the best.
As Jan said, the subject stands out, with no colorful distractions.

Good story telling images but sad as well. Nicely captured though.;-)

What a character! This series shows great patients on your part and you have captured it well. I like how the grainy texture adds to this experience.

Agree with the positive comments above. I can't help thinking about your process; was the subject cooperating (doesn't look it) and if not how did you remain unobserved over what seems like a significant period of time?

Can't but agree with the above comments too! A well told story, on a beautiful B&W.
