I'd crop into a vertical which will get rid of some of the distracting hot spots in the background.
MIght be able to clone in what's left.

Looks more like wasps to me. I would agree with the suggestion that which will give more presence to the wasps and the next that they are building. It would have been interesting to have had a telephoto lens to see how a closeup would have brought out more detailing of the insects and the nest that they are building.

Those are "Yellow Jacket" wasps.

Tiny but very potent and very territorial.

They are not nearly as docile and peaceful as bees.
Their sting is very painful and not unlikely near their nest.
Be very careful not to touch "their" plant as vibration will set them off.
