A happy couple

This is a posed shot of a bride and groom in May of 2008. The picture was converted to black and white then color spotted and a vignette was added to give a vintage feel to a modern photo.

Reminds me of “The Kiss at Times Square” by Alfred Eisenstaedt. Though the times are different your image proves that the kiss is universal.

Amanda, I really like this image. Very romantic! As it should be...;0) Love the black and white with the red flowers, too.

Thanks... I think? I'm a 2nd wedding photographer, and am learning more each wedding. That's why I joined this group, to gain insight and criticisms so that I can improve my craft. This is my 2nd year in the field.

Very nice, great pose of the newly weds! I just wished the flowers were B&W too. It kind of
ruins it for me. The image is strong enough and doesn't need this kind of PS tricks or traps.
Less is more. Of course opinions vary en taste also ;-)

groetjes,
Monique

if you show this picture to posible clients, you will get more jobs. if you show the bad i comment, they will run away in a hurry.

I have more than 50 weddings this year... I'm not hurting for clients. This is a place to get critiqued. I don't post the best on here for someone to say "wow, great work" I come here to show a little work and get help where needed. Post processing is subjective to begin with. I appreciate that you don't care for some of my work, not everyone will, but you don't need to give me advice on booking jobs.
