A snowstorm hit overnight and left some lovely scenes. It
must have known Halloween was coming. We always get snow
before Halloween.

That looks so cold and lonely, Linda. Hope you took some more pictures while the snow last...;-)

Now there is a survivor. It's just a matter of time before this
weather it's the Atlantic provinces. Snow tires are going on this
Tuesday.

We got a touch of your snow here in the Peg but not enough to create an image such as this. That lone tree bend by the wind with the snow adhering to one side set against that snowy landscape creates a peaceful feel for me.

You gave me a "wow" for my Aspens so a "wow" back to you for this one. Very simple and
elegant plus a definite chill factor. It's was over 100 for a few days last week in So. Calif. I'd
trade for this. Not for long though.

Nice composition Linda - too chilly too early though.

If Winter were an image, this is it. Wonderful. Colors are amazing.

What a cool feel your winter composition creates in my mind... as with Winnipeg you probably wish for a little cool with a blue rather than a brownish colored sky.
