At least on my iPad there's no detail in the trees which might open up in processing. An ND grad filter would help in a scene like this. I have one but sometimes pay for being too lazy to deal with it or head out for a trip and leave it I the gear cupboard. Overall I like your composition although if I was standing in your spot I'd compose with less sky. Just a personal thing about bald, powder blue sky.
