such a range of color and variety... it would have been hard not to stop with these flowers and the accompanying view beyond and overhead

Beautiful arrangement of flowers, however, the composition is about 50-50 between a
near empty sky and the flowers. If mine I’d trim the sky by at least 2/3. That would
leave more of a pano comp and the best area remains intact.

Thanks Jeff, good suggestion.

Much better.

I agree with the crop.

Yes, that's better. What a good bunch of colors in one spot...good find. ;-)

Pow! That's a lot of color! :)

A final comment on an issue I wasn’t paying attention too. I suspect the white flowers
blew your histogram through the roof on the highlight side so if you’re not familiar with
that little exposure guide you need to use it and make necessary adjustments to keep
your exposures in order.

Jeff always has good ideas. But all his pictures have vanished!
Newcomers will think he's just a troll as opposed to the talented
photographer he is. It'd be nice to see what he's been doing with his
camera of late. C'mon, Jeff! Don't ignore the first half of the site
name! ;)

Jeff, why did you deleted your gallery? As a talented photographer like you, sites like this help newbies learn from the pros just by looking at their photos. I think you better get cracking and post some new shots...just saying...;-)
