Opening of new shopping mall in the area.
Unofficial opening , so few shoppers around.

One thought the days of shopping malls (and new ones opening) were over but I guess not. Seems that somewhere along the line, the backers realized their mistake....No major anchor stores ( Macey's, Saks, or even Target/ Walmart.....)
