It was a truly beautiful day in early fall with a wall to wall blue sky and the colors of the changing leaves. Then as I was about to enter the Union Station I happened to see this leaf hanging on by a thread at the end and one realizes that within a couple of weeks in my part of the world there will be little or no color... just white.
