the dive

I finally managed to get some images of the polar bears in their pool. Not really doing much swimming but quite busy chasing scraps of food that were being tossed into the pool by volunteers standing above their pool or at least that I was thinking as I watched a couple of bears in their large pool.

I was a little slow getting to the pool having watched this bear walking around in the area around the pool and then the bear dived in the pool and I only managed to get this one shot over the head of the fellow watching the dive.

One would have thought the bear was dancing on the roof of the tunnel but actually it was trying to grab one of the bits of food floating in the water.

almost a comical feel to the pair of polar bears standing on the roof of the tunnel picking up the bits of food floating in the water
