Terrific feel to this image of the white squirrel especially with the ground level perspective... one really feels as if they are down in the world of squirrel. Clarity of detail adds to the visual impact of the image (one really has the sense that the squirrel is going to come right through one's computer screen into their lap). Is this a variety of the Eastern Grey Squirrel or an albino? From the look of the eye I would go with the former.

The fellow needs a manicure.:-) Good action shot.

Thanks Jan, yes he is an Eastern Grey Squirrel. He was coming in for
a visit, I got down and fired a few shots. I find the low perspective
getting to their eye level makes a better image.
Thanks Sandi.

The rare levitating white squirrel, or has it risen from the dead?
