The strong contrast between the figure of the statue (with the eagle perched on its leg) and the background highrise serves to bring a strong sense of depth to the image. A distinct painterly feel to your composition which I appreciate.

Sandi, This statue is a momument to Goethe .....
by Hermann Hahn , honoring the people of Germany who
migrated to the United States and settled in Chicago.

Good choice of atmosphere and perspective. You might clone out those
posts for the heck of it, but it's very nice image as is.
