Photoshop Fun

Nikon D7000, f/6.3, 1/1600s, ISO-100, AP6.3

Location - Fisherman's Cove, Eastern Passage NS, a great spot for all photographers. This particular day was a bit overcast so I'm hoping
photoshop maybe just the trick to giving me a helping hand. I've included the original photo below. Comments welcome.

I do like the saturated colors of your posted image of the Passage Pride which works to bring a paint like quality to the composition. The contrast between the boat and the darkened sky in the posted image serves, in my mind, to make the boat stand out in the picture. I find myself wishing that the lamp standard in the left of the image had been cloned out or a different viewpoint had been taken so as to eliminate that particular element from the picture.

Surreal, like nature on steroids, but very special.
