The OP to me has that old 1900 Paris style look to it. Maybe from
Eugene Atget. And I love the leading light line on the water to the
statue. Great work. ( but I do find that one lowest light on the left
draws the eye away from the what you have spent the time to create. I
think you have to kill it off)

Everything in the opening picture flows left to right for me creating a sense of anticipation as to what lies beyond the curve in the walkway... perhaps a contrasting perspective of the city skyline. Pleasing sense of layering in the opening picture while, for me, the second image is a classic night time view of the Lady of Liberty standing strong against the darkness of night that is surrounding it.

Excellent leading line with the edge light on the railing. It doesn't look like the light
referred to has a shade which accounts for the light star. Id like to see a photo of the
statue during an NYC snow storm. The backside is differently good.
