High Tide

This is Fishermans Cove in Eastern Passage NS during a storm surge this morning at high tide. Half an hour earlier the wharf the fishing schooner is tide up at was under water about a foot.

You can see this house in my OP but what caught my eye was there is hole in the roof and there is a microwave dish on top. Well at least we know what their priorities
are.

I saw some of the storm surges on the American channels from up in northeast U.S. and it looked pretty bad in several cases with over land flooding. The strong wind and the high water combined with the mixture of snow and rain didn't play favorites... that's for sure.
