You have a great eye (and mind) for being able to visualize elements that many of us might not see in a similar manner. This image of the railroad crossing reminds me of some of your compositions from the past of street views from Winnipeg. There is a confusion to the image which adds to the appeal of the picture for me. Plus there is an added textural component which adds to the appeal of the image.

Thanks Guys _ Myself - I like this image quite a bit. On Facebook it
seems not many do ? Such is art. I just do what works for me along
with trying to present an image that might also work for others as
well. Never an easy thing when one is creating an image rather than
presenting a pure photograph. And some images take time to be
appreciated OR for the artist to recognize why the image fails.
