I'm shooting a calendar. This image is supposed to represent January. That is
why I used fake snow, cones, and empty branches. The original one which will
appear in the calendar is in color (cold blue). But I also processed this image to
BW since I really like the look of it. I think it appears more dramatic than the
colored version. It's been shot in the studio.

One likes the sense of movement in the image but as Gerry commented with everything clean and sharp. A black background color on this viewing page works to enhance the detailing (such as the catchlights in the young lady's eyes) as well as heightening the sense of motion in the image.
